An instrumental version of CONTAMINATION DAY will be in episode 11 of a new NBC/CTV drama this summer called “The Listener” about a mind reading paramedic. No air date is known at this time, but we’ll keep you informed and read more about the show at The Listener.

To celebrate the news of Hinkson on TV, an instrumental version of 8 of the 12 songs on THE TORRENT SESSIONS will be posted, one each month, in the “Media” section of www.scotthinkson.com to download for free. Hinkson hopes this will allow the listener (pun intended) to hear tracks from the album in a different light and enjoy the production without the vocals as well. CONTAMINATION DAY will be the first song posted for an extra duration and will be available until June 1st. Check in at the first of each month for a new tune until Dec 31st, 2009.

The Manitoban winner competes against other artists from across Canada for prizes and prestige.
